- SheOwns is a registered fashion brand offering customized kurti and ethnic wear and accessories.
- All orders placed through our website are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
2. Pricing and Payments
- All prices are listed in ₹ (Indian Rupees) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
- We accept secure online payments via Razorpay, including UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking.
- Orders will only be processed once full payment is received.
3. Shipping and Delivery
- Orders are usually shipped within 2–4 business days.
- Delivery timelines may vary based on location and customization.
- We will share tracking details via email/WhatsApp once dispatched.
4. Return and Exchange
- We offer returns or exchanges within 24 hours of delivery only in case of:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged item
- Size mismatch due to our error
- Products must be unused, with tags intact.
- Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange unless there’s a manufacturing defect.
5. Order Cancellations
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after 6 hours.
