π¦ Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns or exchanges within 24 hours of delivery, only under the following conditions:
Wrong product delivered
Size mismatch due to our error
Damaged or defective product upon arrival
To be eligible:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
A return/exchange request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +91 70489 20922 or email: help@sheowns.in.
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable) or request you to self-ship the product. Replacements are shipped once the original product is received and inspected.

Customized products (designed as per your personal request or measurements)
Items bought on sale/discount (unless damaged/wrong item)
Products returned without prior approval
π° Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5β7 working days to the original payment method.
In case of prepaid orders, the refund will reflect in your bank account or wallet depending on the payment gateway used.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be done via bank transfer after verification.
