πŸ“¦ Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns or exchanges within 24 hours of delivery, only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Size mismatch due to our error

  • Damaged or defective product upon arrival

To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.

  • A return/exchange request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +91 70489 20922 or email: help@sheowns.in.

Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable) or request you to self-ship the product. Replacements are shipped once the original product is received and inspected.


❌ Items NOT Eligible for Return or Refund

  • Customized products (designed as per your personal request or measurements)

  • Items bought on sale/discount (unless damaged/wrong item)

  • Products returned without prior approval


πŸ’° Refunds

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

  • In case of prepaid orders, the refund will reflect in your bank account or wallet depending on the payment gateway used.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be done via bank transfer after verification.
